Directions to Cacapon East

Cacapon East is located at the center of the Mid Atlantic, south of the historic spa and art town of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia - a top-rated retirement and vacation destination - and home to fine dining, shopping, inns and world-class spas. Look for all this and more, only two hours from Washington and Baltimore and approximately three hours from Pittsburgh and Richmond and four hours from Philadelphia.

From Baltimore:
Take I-70 West to Exit 1 B (Route 522 south) to Berkeley Springs. Continue south for 7 miles. Turn right at Rock Gap Road.

From Washington D.C. and Maryland Suburbs:
Take I-270 to I-70 West to Exit 1 B (Route 522 south) to Berkeley Springs. Continue south for 7 miles. Turn right at Rock Gap Road.

From Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia:
Take I-66 west to Route. 17 north, to Route. 50 west to I-81 north. Take second exit off I-81 which is Route 37. Take Route 37 three miles to Route 522 north. Approximately four miles beyond the West Virginia state line, look for the Cacapon South sign on your right, directly across from the Cacapon State Park entrance. Continue north 2 miles, turn left on Rock Gap Road.

From Richmond:
Take 95 north past Fredericksburg, northwest on 17 north through Warrenton, west on Route 66 past Marshall, then northwest on 17, to Route. 17/50 west toward Winchester, and finally I-81 north. Take second exit off I-81 which is Route 37. Take Route 37 three miles to Route 522 north. Approximately four miles beyond the West Virginia state line, look for the Cacapon South sign on your right, directly across from the Cacapon State Park entrance. Continue north 2 miles, turn left on Rock Gap Road.

From Pittsburgh:
Take the Turnpike (I-70, I-79) east to Exit 12 onto I-70 at Breezewood. Continue on to Hancock, Maryland. Take the left exit to 522 South to Berkeley Springs. Continue south for 7 miles. Turn right at Rock Gap Road.

From Berkeley Springs:
South on Route 522 for 7 miles. Turn right at Rock Gap Road.
